Brief Personal Introduction:

Dr. Jianghua Zheng gained his PhD. in GIS at Peking University in 2006, M.sc. in Forestry Management with GeoInformatics at Xinjiang Agriculture University in 2002 and Bac. in Mechanical Engineering at South-West Jiaotong University in 1996. He has been appointed as Associate Professor in 2007 in Xinjiang University. He was appointed as Head of the Teaching and Research Section of GIS & RS in Xinjaing University in July 2008. At present, he is a postdoctoral research fellow in Dept. of Computer Science in NUIM. His major research fields lie in Location Based Services, Emergency Management, and Intelligent Transportation Systems.
